Today, I want to dive deep into a topic that’s incredibly close to my heart and, I bet yours too. We’re talking about those sneaky little buggers – Childhood beliefs – and how they’ve been pulling the strings in our lives. 

The Roots of Belief:
Think back, way back, to your childhood. What were you told about who you were supposed to be? About success, love, and dreams? Those early teachings? They’re the foundation of what we believe about ourselves today. But guess what? You’re no longer that little kid. You’ve grown, you’ve learned, and you’ve evolved. It’s time to question those old beliefs. 

Limiting Beliefs and Their Stealthy Influence:
We’ve all got these nasty little limiting beliefs whispering in our ears, telling us we’re not good enough, smart enough, or deserving enough. Well, I call BS on that. Those beliefs are like weeds in your mental garden, choking the life out of your potential. It’s time to rip them out by the roots and make space for something better.

Breaking Free: 
You know what I love about us mid-lifers? We’ve got experience. We’ve faced challenges, and we’re overcome them. We’re not afraid to stand up and say, “I am enough, and I deserve happiness.” Start small – challenge one belief at a time. Celebrate your victories, no matter how tiny they seem. You’re rewriting your story, and that takes guts. But hey, you’ve got that in spades.

Embracing Empowerment:
Look, I’m not here to sugarcoat things. Life can be tough, but so are you. Embrace your age, your wisdom, and your scars. They tell a story of resilience. Let that story fuel your empowerment. Just like me, just like Mel Robbins, you can rise from any struggle stronger and wiser. 

So my friends, let’s unravel those threads of childhood beliefs together. Let’s challenge them, crush them, and replace them with beliefs that scream “I am powerful, I am worthy, and I am in control.”
