Mantra Meditation is learned in four short sessions:

Session One – Principles of Meditation
Explore the origins and basic principles of meditation, the importance of your mantra and how meditation helps to eliminate chronic stress and conditioned behavior.

Create a new and truer expectation around meditation that frees you to practice it more successfully — and enjoy it too!


Session Two – Mantra Instruction
Receive your personal meditation mantra– calculated according to your birthplace, date, and time. Learn how to use it and experience your first meditation practice using your Personal Mantra.

Understand the origins how you can tap into the wisdom of this 5,000-year-old tradition.

Session Three – Perfecting & Deepening Your Practice
Learn the practical aspects of meditation, share your experience, receive answers to any questions, and meditation practice.

Session Four – Higher State of Consciousness
Learn about and Receive insights into the seven states of consciousness that create a path of spiritual development with regular Mantra Meditation practice.  

Strong – Healthy – Vibrant

Meditation is recommended for anyone and everyone and has become the most accessible and fastest growing health practice.
